WWE SmackDown again draws lowest ratings for FOX episode

Overnight ratings for last night's SmackDown on FOX, featuring the 25th anniversary celebration of Triple H which culminated with a rare appearance by Vince McMahon, saw the episode just barely top two million viewers and draw the show's lowest numbers to date on the network.

The show averaged 2.014 million viewers, down eight percent from last week, which was the previous low for a SmackDown episode on FOX.

In the demos, SmackDown averaged a 0.3 rating in the 18-34 category, down 25 percent from the previous week. That was also the lowest number SmackDown has done on FOX. It tied several other shows for the lowest on the major networks last night

Coverage of the second night of this year's NFL draft on ABC dominated in those demos, averaging 0.5 and 0.8 respectively in the two hours that aired opposite SmackDown.
