AEW Dynamite ratings up on Thanksgiving eve

Wednesday’s Thanksgiving eve episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 880,000 viewers on TBS, up 7.6 percent from the previous week. It’s still the second-lowest audience for a Wednesday night airing of Dynamite since June 22.

In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite finished sixth on the cable charts with a 0.32 rating. That’s up 14.3 percent from the prior week and ties Dynamite’s best rating in the demo since October 5.

There was a big increase with men 18-49. The audience was up 35.1 percent in that category to a 0.50 rating, which is Dynamite’s highest rating since September 14. That was offset by a 25 percent decline with women 18-49. The 0.15 rating that Dynamite drew in that demo was the show’s second lowest of 2022 in that category.

As compared to the same week in 2021, which was also on Thanksgiving eve, Dynamite’s overall audience was down two percent while its 18-49 rating was up 3.2 percent.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of overall viewership and 18-49 demo ratings for Dynamite, as well as the 10-week averages in all categories. This week’s show was down 8.6 percent in viewership but even in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
