The former Dean Ambrose has joined All Elite Wrestling.

Jon Moxley made a surprise appearance at the end of tonight’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view. After the show, AEW tweeted out a graphic officially announcing that Moxley is All Elite.

Moxley’s appearance came after Chris Jericho defeated Kenny Omega in the main event. As Jericho was cutting a promo demanding to be thanked by AEW and the fans, Moxley came out through the crowd. He laid out Jericho with Dirty Deeds, then hit Dirty Deeds on the referee as well.

Omega brawled with Moxley after fighting out of Dirty Deeds. They fought through the crowd and to the stage, where AEW had a prop of oversized poker chips set up. Moxley hit Dirty Deeds on the poker chips and then slammed Omega off of them.

After WWE confirmed in January that Moxley would be leaving the company when his contract expired in April, Moxley had his last WWE match at “The Shield’s Final Chapter” on April 21. He teamed with Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins against Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley & Baron Corbin.

On May 1, Moxley released a video hyping his return to this persona.
