AEW’s Private Party to challenge for Impact tag titles at No Surrender

Impact Wrestling has revealed when AEW’s Private Party (Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy) will be getting their Impact Tag Team title shot.

It was announced today that Private Party (w/ Matt Hardy) will challenge The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) for the Impact Tag Team titles at No Surrender on Saturday, February 13. No Surrender is Impact Wrestling’s next Impact Plus special.

Private Party became the number one contenders to Anderson & Gallows’ titles by defeating Chris Sabin & the returning James Storm in the main event of this week’s Impact. AEW’s Tony Khan and Jerry Lynn appeared in the Impact Zone to scout the match. Hardy distracted the referee and Lynn interfered by holding onto Sabin’s leg as he was on the top rope. Private Party then hit Gin and Juice on Sabin to get the win.

After the number one contender’s match, Anderson & Gallows confronted Private Party. The show then ended in a brawl between Private Party, Anderson & Gallows, and Sabin & Storm.

Anderson & Gallows teamed with AEW World Champion Kenny Omega to defeat Impact World Champion Rich Swann, Moose & Sabin in the main event of this past Saturday’s Impact Hard to Kill pay-per-view.

Anderson & Gallows vs. Private Party is the first match that’s been announced for No Surrender.
