Even for a recap show, Impact ratings were back to normal this week after going against WWE's Tribute to the Troops the previous Thursday.
Impact averaged 269,000 viewers and did a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demo, up from 161,000 viewers and a 0.2 rating in the demo last week. With Thursday Night Football over for the season, this week's episode was also the first time Impact hasn't faced competition from the NFL since September.
Last week's number was the lowest for a new episode of Impact since debuting on Pop TV. For the two Thursdays before that, the show averaged 226,000 and 255,000 viewers.
Next Thursday's edition of Impact will be the second part of their look back at the best matches and moments of the year. The first Impact of 2018 will be a new episode and will feature Eli Drake defending his Global Championship against Alberto El Patron and James Storm facing Dan Lambert in a career vs. career match.
