The main event of TNA’s biggest show of the year has reportedly been determined.

On Saturday, Joe Hendry defeated Frankie Kazarian in a number-one contender match at the promotion’s TV tapings in San Antonio. Hendry will now challenge TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth in the main event of Bound For Glory, PWInsider is reporting.

After his win over Josh Alexander at Victory Road on Friday, TNA posted a digital exclusive of Hendry vowing to win the company’s world title.

“Tonight I made a statement by beating one of the very best wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots in this company. Next, there is only one thing for Joe Hendry. I believe that I am the face of TNA, but to prove it I have to win the TNA World title, and that is what’s next for Joe Hendry.”

The 20th edition of TNA Bound for Glory is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Wayne State Fieldhouse in Detroit, Michigan. No other matches have been confirmed for the show.
