WWE News: Billy Jack Haynes lawsuit transferred to Connecticut

Judge Janice Stewart of Portland, OR, ruled today that the Billy Jack Haynes lawsuit against WWE has been moved to U.S. District Court in Connecticut. Stewart wrote that the court expresses no opinion on the merits of the WWE’s motion to dismiss the case outright, and have given power on that motion to the Connecticut court.
