WWE News: Changes made for the April 13 Raw show
WWE is no longer running two shows in the U.K. on April 13, 2015.
On the 13th, Raw is taping in London at the O2 Arena. On that same day, at approximately the same time, and they were going to also do a house show in Leeds, with Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan, Bray Wyatt and Dolph Ziggler as the headliners. It takes approximately four hours to drive from Leeds to London which meant that four of the company’s biggest stars wouldn’t have been available to work Raw.
The decision was made to move the Leeds show to Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 1 p.m., so that everyone can be at Raw. That means that the crew that works the Leeds show will then have to work an evening show in Manchester. However, that drive is only an hour or so, depending upon traffic, and so it should be feasible for the wrestlers to pull of a somewhat rare same-day double-shot.
