ROH reveals date and location for Death Before Dishonor 2026

ROH Death Before Dishonor 2026

For the second straight year, Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena is set to host ROH Death Before Dishonor.

It was announced today that ROH Death Before Dishonor 2026 will take place from the former ECW Arena on Friday, August 21. Tickets for the show are set to go on sale to the general public on July 16, with a pre-sale beginning a couple days prior to that on July 14.

“There’s a great tradition of Ring of Honor wrestling in Philadelphia,” Tony Khan told the Philadelphia Inquirer while making this announcement. “It’s very fitting that one of the most important shows every year in the Ring of Honor calendar, the great Death Before Dishonor event, is coming to Philadelphia.”

Death Before Dishonor has a 20-plus year history that dates back to 2003. The 2025 edition was headlined by World Champions Athena and Bandido making respective defenses against Mina Shirakawa and Hechicero.

“I really loved the Death Before Dishonor show we had there last year. It was tremendous. So much has happened in ROH in the past year. Bandido and Athena have maintained dominant reigns and have wrestled all over the world and have shown fans why they are two of the greatest champions in the sport,” Khan said.

“We’ve seen a number of great women and men emerging in ROH and I think the shows recently have been tremendous wrestling shows. So there’s a lot to be excited about in ROH as we approach Death Before Dishonor next month.”

Athena, Lio Rush, Red Velvet, Lee Moriarty, Zayda Steel, Dalton Castle, and The Outrunners are among the first names advertised for Death Before Dishonor 2026. No matches have been announced yet.

The show will be broadcast on HonorClub (along with on MyAEW for international subscribers to that service). ROH’s most recent TV tapings leading into the event were held on June 22. Spoilers can be found here.
