Number one contender’s match, two title bouts set for next WWE NXT
Two title matches are set for next week’s NXT.
The Women’s North American title will be on the line when Layla Diggs challenges Zaria. Diggs scored the surprise win in a number one contender’s match on Tuesday after Izzi Dame took out Lizzie Rain, allowing Diggs to hit a moonsault on Thea Hail for the win. Recently, Diggs has been seen associating with Natalya, Karmen Petrovic, and Nikkita Lyons.
The NXT Tag Team titles will also be on the line when Vanity Project takes on Shawn Legacy and Dorian Van Dux. They too won a number one contender’s match on this week’s show, besting Birthright, OTM, and DarkState to earn a shot against champions Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes.
Also announced for next Tuesday is a number one contender’s match for the NXT Women’s Championship. After all three made their claim in the opening segment of the show, a triple threat will take place between Kelani Jordan, Lola Vice, and Kali Armstrong.
Naraku will also be in action taking on Tate Wilder, who called his shot after watching a Naraku video package.
