Logan Paul thinks soccer players “sell better” than some WWE stars

Logan Paul Soccer

WWE and social media star Logan Paul recently took to X to reveal what he feels is the “most f*cked thing” in all of sports, and it turns out it is related to soccer (or FOOTBALL if you’re outside of the United States). Paul also claimed that some soccer (it’s football) players “sell” better than some of his colleagues in WWE.

I’ve never been a Soccer fan but WOW I’ve watched most of the tournament and this World Cup has amazed me. Here are some things I’ve realized about the sport” Paul posted online following the Switzerland vs Colombia game from last night.

“Penalty kicks are fkn insane. PK’s gotta be the most exciting/f*cked thing in all of sports” Paul added. “Imagine being a goal keeper?? Soccer goes from team sport to individual sport QUICKLY, probably a mental nightmare for the athletes who lose on behalf of an entire country from a tiny mistake.”

Paul would also note that a lot of players at the World Cup are better at “selling” their injuries than some of his colleagues in WWE (which seemed half-jokingly, maybe):

“So much theater. These guys sell being “hurt” better than some of my peers in the WWE.” Paul is currently out injured with torn left triceps, which he sustained during a World Tag Team Championship match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23, 2026.
