AEW Collision live results: Hangman Page returns
AEW Collision is live tonight from Roanoke, Virginia.
Former AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page is scheduled to kick off the show. It will be his first appearance in AEW since losing to MJF at AEW Revolution 2026 in a match carrying the stipulation that if he lost, he would never be able to challenge for the AEW World Championship again.
Three championship matches are also scheduled for the show. Harley Cameron will challenge Hikaru Shida for the TBS Championship, Mike Bailey will challenge Mark Davis for the AEW National Championship, and Katsuyori Shibata will challenge Bandido for the ROH World Championship.

– Our show opened with.a recap of Kenny Omega’s AEW Men’s World Title win before we went back to the ring for Tony Schiavone introducing the returning “Hangman” Adam Page.
With a big hometown cheer, Page made his way to the ring as he then talked about his new hobby of gardening. Page said that he was gone for a few months and when he wasn’t physically planting, he was gardening. It was important that he was here tonight to plant one more seed. Page said he wasn’t sure if it wasn’t going to blossom or grow at all, but he was going to do that.
Page talked about his failed AEW World Title challenge against MJF this past March, a challenge he lost and led to his current predicament of never challenging for his World Title. Page talked about that stipulation, and as a man of his word, he promised to never challenging for the AEW Men’s World Championship ever again.
Page said he watched Kenny Omega’s win on Wednesday and how his dear friend talking about finishing the race, as he turned his attention to titles like the TNT Championship, held by a former partner and current dipshit, Kevin Knight; the National Championship; the International Championship; and the Continental Championship.
Page talked about how for seven years, he defined himself for seven years… and that he was going to have to find something else to do, and that we could bet our ass he would.
This was a great promo and it highlighted Hangman Page being a man of his word and puts him in many other title opportunities. I can’t wait to see how those turn out and what might inevitably force Page to go back on his word.
Also, I have to laugh at Hangman talking about his garden, especially as i jokingly predicted he’d do just that for his return segment. That got a laugh out of me.

Ring of Honor Men’s World Championship: Bandido (c) vs. Katsuyori Shibata
Shibata started this match by backing Bandido against the ropes before he backed off himself. The two then got into a test of strength as Shibata again pushed Bandido to the ropes and walked back. A good technical start by Shibata as he caught Bandido in a chinlock. Shibata then transitioned into a leg lock to keep Bandido grounded.
Bandido and Shibata exchanged running boots on opposite corners, as the latter hit a strong kick for the two. Gamengiri by Bandido as he leapt for a standing frogsplash on Shibata. With the referee distracted, Shibata hit a low blow on Bandido as he put him on the top rope. Shibata hit a running big boot to send Bandido out of the ring as we took a commercial break.
We returned to Collision as Shibata kept Bandido in a standing chinlock before he hit him with a chop to the chest. As Shibata kept hitting Bandido with strikes, the champ absorbed the blows and fought back with some punches of his own. Both men took each other down with dueling backfist strikes. Both Shibata and Bandido found their way onto the apron as they fought some more. Bandido got rocked with a DDT onto the hardest part of the ring by Shibata, who kept his grip held on Bandido for a suplex on the ground below. The cover back in the ring, but Bandido kicked out at two.
Bandido and Shibata traded chops until the former hit a pair of superkicks, followed by the gorilla press slam. Bandido headed to the top rope and hit his target with the shooting star press. One, two…. Shibata kicked out at two. Shibata caught Bandido’s leg and hit him with a chop to the chest. The running dropkick in the corner was followed by a butterfly suplex from Shibata, but that wasn’t enough for the pin.
Shibata went for his running kick, but Bandido dodged it and connected with the X-Knee. Then came the 21-Plex… but Shibata blocked it and rolled up Bandido. One, two…. NO! Shibata bounced back with the running penalty kick. Bandido recovered and had Shibata in the corner for an attack, but the challenger cracked him with a lariat. Bandido hit a kick to the head, but Shibata came right back with a series of strikes. Shibata went for a lowblow, but Bandido caught his hand and turned it into a pinning combination for the three to retain the ROH World Title.

Fantastic opener here. Bandido continues to impress me in his matches and Shibata was a great opponent for him here. This was a good way to open Collision tonight.

– Earlier today, Harley Cameron & Hikaru Shida exchanged words ahead of their TBS Championship Match, which is coming up. Elsewhere, Speedball Mike Bailey got himself ready for his AEW National Championship match vs. Mark Davis later tonight.
TBS Championship: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Harley Cameron
Shida ambushed Harley before the bell could even ring, as she then hit her with a fisherwoman’s suplex after the bell rang for a near-fall. Shida played with her food and mocked Harley with a whirling German suplex. Harley blocked an Irish whip attempt and went for a single-leg crab, to no certain avail. Harley rolled to the apron and got into the ring as Shida went to confront her. This led to Harley hitting Sole Food on Shida and taking advantage outside the ring. Harley planted Shida with a DDT at ringside, as Shida backed away to the ramp. Thumb to the eye by Shida allowed for a backbreaker to Harley.
Shida jumped to the side area of the ramp and hit a running knee to a prone Harley as we went to a picture-in-picture commercial break.
This match returned to live action with Harley in the advantage with the rapid fire Wrath punches in the corner. Slingblade by Harley as she connected with the Shining Wizard for the near fall. Harley headed to the top rope and went for a Sunset Flip powerbomb, but Shida bit at her forehead to get out of it. Enzuigiri by Shida. Harley had the single-leg crab locked in, but Shida got to the bottom rope to break the hold.
Harley and Shida exchanged pins, but the TBS Champion applied the ankle lock in the middle of the ring. Harley recovered and hit her with a kick to the face. Shida came right back with the knee to the face. Harley kicked out at two. Shida then got the modified suplex for the cover, but Harley again kicked out. Shida didnt let up and locked in her modified Bow & Arrow submission to get the win as Harley tapped out.
After the match, Shida continued her assault before Queen Aminata warded her off.

I really loved this match. Harley Cameron has steadily improved in the ring and that she managed to hold her own with a ring general like Shida is great to see. And speaking of Shida, this new heel character of her’s is fantastic. Her TBS Title run is off to a great start.

– Backstage, Matt Sydal stirred up some trouble with the Lethal Twist and the Demand, getting the last word in as he called Ricochet “bald”.
– The Don Callis Family celebrated Kyle Fletcher’s AEW International Championship win. Fletcher talked about Hangman Page’s earlier promo, and that the Don Callis Family hold three of the titles that he wanted to see. We learned that Brian Cage would face off agains Zachary Wentz. Trent Beretta talked about how Darby Allin wasn’t here tonight, which meant that he feared him. Fletcher wrapped by stating that the Don Callis Family ran AEW.
– A short video showing AEW’s Brawl in the Ballpark from last night at Target Field, home of MLB’s Minnesota Twins. A unique experience that should become the norm moving forward.
Let’s Hear From The Conglomeration
Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong, and Kyle O’Reilly made their way down to the ring, fresh off a win at the Brawl in the Ballpark last night.
Cassidy talked about how how he and his friends were still Trios Champions, and that there was one more person who wanted to be a champion. Cue the recently-returned Willow Nightingale, who walked down the ramp to a great ovation from the Roanoake crowd.
Willow took the mic and said that she missed this a lot as she showed her love to the crowd. Willow talked about how two months ago, a shoulder injury forced her to vacate the TBS Championship and the Owen Hart Tournament. She sat on the sidelines for Double or Nothing and it broke her heart. But, if we thought Willow sat home and cried, we didn’t know Willow Nightingale. Willow discussed about how she got herself stronger to become more motivated to keep her Wembley dream alive.
When Tony Khan booked the Women’s Casino Gauntlet, it gave Willow the chance for one more shot at the AEW Women’s World Title, one more shot at redemption. But before she could celebrate, Willow was attacked by both Thekla and Mercedes Mone… which was a fatal mistake, according to Willow. For her, Redemption meant that the worst day of her career didn’t have to define the rest of it.
Willow said that at Redemption, nothing would stop her against Thekla as she’d come in as No. 1 Contender, but walk out of Montreal as AEW Women’s World Champion. Willow then concluded by stating that she’d be the one that Mercedes would face at Wembley Stadium.

– We got remarks from Skye Blue, who had a message for Megan Bayne and Lena Kross. Skye said that whatever problem the Divine Dominion had against her and Julia Hart, it didn’t matter. Skye declared that being tall and dangerous didn’t hold a candle to being a “violent little thing”.
Eight-Man Tag: The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia) vs. A.R. Fox, Top Flight (Dante and Darius Martin) & Komander
Garcia and Darius kicked off this eight-man tag match. The two got into a bit of mat wrestling action to start. Headscissors by Darius, but Garcia got out of it and missed the kick. Garci abounced back with a shoulder tackle, but he got cracked with a dropkick. Top Flight showed some great team owrk against Garcia as Dante hit a standing moonsault. Fox tagged in and planted Garcia with an elevated DDT. Garcia got away from the attack as Moxley entered the matach.
Mox had a hold of Fox, who escaped the grip of his foe not long affter. Te tag to Komander as Castagnoli entered the match. Komander headed off the top rope but got caught for the tilt-a-whirl backbreaker by Castagnoli. Komander recovered and hit an enzuigiri on Castagnoli, but it opened him up to punches from behind by Wheeler Yuta. Komander bounced back with a crossbody to Castagnoli on the outside and things erupted into a brawl with all eight men in the ring as we took a break.
Back from the break as the Yuta worked over Dante with a chinlock. Dante got to a vertical base and punched Yuta in the gut to break the hold. Castagnoli, perhaps frustrated that Argentina took the lead against his Swiss side as of this moment, took out Dante with a slam. Chaos unfolded as Fox took out the Death Riders with a dive before komander joined the party with a tightrope tope on Mox and Castagnoli. The tag to Fox as he held his own against Garcia and Yuta. Great acrobatic work by Fox got the crowd going as he kept the attack going. Dives for both Garcia and Yuta kept the two grounded. On the top rope, Fox splashed on Garcia, but he rolled right into Castagnoli’s giant swing. Even more chaos in the ring as Martin brothers went on the attack against Moxley and Castagnoli.
in the ring, Garcia and Yuta double-teamed Dante before Komander entered the fray and got taken out by stereo dropkicks from Garcia and Yuta. Fox connected with a double senton bomb and nearly got the wn. Fox’s 360 dive was missed as the Death Riders connected with the basketball starting lineup clotheslines in the corner. In the middle of the ring, Dragon Tamer by Garcia, as Mox hit an architect’s stomp and Garcia with the pin and win.
After the match, Moxley got on the microphone to speak some truths, so to speak. Mox said that they sharpened their weapons tonight and that it’d be the Death Riders against the worlld. He also took a shot at Kenny Omega in this statement.

These Death Riders multiman matches always end up being a highlight of Collision whenever they happen and this one tonight was no exception. Really fun match that I enjoyed from start to finish

– The Divine Dominion took some shots at the Sisters of Sin, calling them desperate little things beneath the dirt of their mountains. Megan Bayne told Skye Blue and Julia Hold to keep holding Thekla’s bags, because they’d never come close to holding the AEW Women’s Tag Titles.
– We heard from Thekla, who warned Mercedes Mone about what she did to CEOs (referencing her attacks on STARDOM CEO Taro Okada). Thekla turned her attention to Willow Nightingale, calling her someone who pretended to be a “baby” while she was a real-world woman. Thekla said that the only thing worse than a “dumb bitch” was a “happy bitch”.
– A very funny pre-tape from the Bang Bang Gang where they went to a local Roanoake adoption home and got two dogs named after David Finlay and Clark Connors, asking people to adopt those two dogs because they were going to euthanize the “real” human dogs they were named after.
Brian Cage vs. Zachary Wentz
Wentz chopped at Cage’s chest, but it wasnt very effective. What was super-effective, however, was Wentz’s speed, which he put to great use. With Cage on the apron, Wentz hit his handspring kick to send Cage to the ground. Wentz continued the attack with the standing moonsault to knock Cage down. Cage recovered and hit Wentz in the ribs before he thrw him into the base of the apron, and then the steel steps. With Wentz stunned on the apron, Cage connected with the deadlift suplex from inside the ring as we took a break in the action.
