Grande Americano & Dominik Mysterio tag match part of three-week AAA Verano de Escandalo lineup
A total of four new matches have been announced for the upcoming three-week AAA Verano de Escandalo event.
On the July 11 edition of AAA on Fox, general manager Rey Mysterio announced three title matches for the upcoming Verano de Escandalo.
Mysterio announced that Rey Fenix will defend his AAA Cruiserweight Championship against Mini Vikingo, while Lady Flammer will defend her AAA Reina de Reinas Championship against Lady Shani and La Catalina.
In addition to these, next week, La Hiedra and Laredo Kid will face Joaquin Wilde and Faby Apache for an opportunity against Lola Vice and Mr.Iguana’s AAA World Mixed Tag Team title. The winner of next week’s mixed tag team match will challenge for the AAA World Mixed Tag Team title at Verano de Escandalo.
The main event of tonight’s episode saw Money Machine vs. Noisy Boy and Epydemius Jr. end in a no contest after the Perros del Mal ambushed them. After the newly reformed faction took out both teams, El Grande Americano and the Los Americanos appeared to make the save.
However, the numbers’ advantage got the better of them before AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio appeared with a chair. The show finished with Mysterio announcing himself and El Grande Americano in a tag team match against Perros del Mal at Verano de Escandalo.
