WWE announces location for Survivor Series: WarGames 2026

For the second straight year, WWE Survivor Series is set to be held at a Major League Baseball stadium.

WWE announced today that Survivor Series: WarGames 2026 will take place from Daikin Park in Houston, Texas — the home of the Houston Astros. The PLE is set for Saturday, November 28, which is Survivor Series’ regular Thanksgiving weekend spot on the WWE calendar.

Daikin Park was formerly known as Minute Maid Park before its most recent name change. Under that previous name, the stadium hosted WWE’s Royal Rumble in 2020. There are no weather concerns as the venue has a retractable roof.

WWE is partnering with the city of Houston’s tourism/marketing organization Houston First Corporation for this PLE. Tickets are going on sale to the general public at 11 a.m. Eastern/10 a.m. Central on Friday, August 7. A pre-sale will begin one day prior to that.

This will be the 40th edition of Survivor Series and the fifth straight year that WarGames has been the theme of the event. Known as one of WWE’s traditional “Big Four” pay-per-views, Survivor Series first began in 1987. Last year’s edition was held at Petco Park in San Diego, where the Padres play their home games.

WWE’s press release announcing the Survivor Series location included a quote from Paul “Triple H” Levesque, who hyped the 40th Survivor Series as a “milestone chapter” in the event’s history.

“Houston is the perfect host city to celebrate this milestone chapter in Survivor Series’ storied history, and we look forward to partnering with Houston First and the Houston Astros to deliver an unforgettable event,” Paul “Triple H” Levesque said.

  • Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2: SummerSlam at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Saturday, October 10: Money in the Bank at Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana
  • Saturday, November 28: Survivor Series at Daikin Park in Houston, Texas
