Former WWE star teases next move as 90-day no compete clause ends: ‘Its showtime’
Zoey Serrano teased her next move as the 90-day no compete clause after her WWE exit nears its end.
Serrano was among the 24 names released by WWE in April. She shared an Instagram post captioned ‘Its showtime’ featuring a clip of her sitting on the apron and walking away after seemingly training.
“This season I am unapologetically coming after everything I want. It’s f*cking showtime,” the text in the post read.
In May, she unveiled her new in-ring name ‘Zoey Serrano’. Her last WWE match was in May last year which forced her to be sidelined due to a ACL, MCL, and meniscus injury. Last month, Serrano was confirmed to participate in RevPro Women’s Grand Prix on July 25. The event will take place at at The Hangar in Wolverhampton.
Serrano’s WWE run extended from 2021 to 2026. She held the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside IYO SKY. She also challenged for the WWE Women’s World Championship and competed in several high-profile matches before her release.
