International title match part of next week’s TNA Impact
Mustafa Ali is all set to defend his TNA International Championship on next week’s Impact.
On the July 23 episode of TNA Impact, Ali’s Order 4 (Jason Hotch, John Skyler, Tasha Steelz & Agent Zero) and members of the TNA roster cast votes on who Ali’s next title challenger would be. After the voting concluded, Jason Hotch was selected as the next challenger.
When Ali learned of the decision, he tried to persuade Hotch to forfeit his title match. However, former X-Division Champion Leon Slater and Hotch’s wife motivated him to go after the championship. The segment was followed by Hotch informing Ali that he would keep his title shot. The match was then confirmed for next week’s July 30 episode of TNA Impact.
Besides the title match, TNA has confirmed that the second round match of the Knockouts TV title tournament, featuring Indi Hartwell against Thea Hail, will also occur next week.
