WWE SmackDown is set to take place tonight from the Oakland Arena in Oakland, CA, and currently only one match/segment has already been confirmed for the broadcast.
Charlotte Flair vs Nia Jax will be taking place on tonight’s show, which is a qualifying match for the 5-Way Ladder Match for the Interim WWE Women’s Championship bout.
It’s expected that more matches and segments will be confirmed today ahead of the broadcast or revealed on the show itself. Gunther and Nick Aldis will likely come face-to-face ahead of their match at SummerSlam, Fatal Influence will probably be celebrating their WWE Women’s Tag Team Title win at Saturday Night’s Main Event and Cody Rhodes will probably meet in-ring with CM Punk ahead of their Undisputed WWE Championship match at SummerSlam.
