NXT wrestler competes in first match in over 15 months
Adriana Rizzo has returned to the ring.
Rizzo wrestled her first match since April 2025 on Friday night at the NXT house show in Fort Pierce, Florida. She was defeated by Myka Lockwood in singles competition on the show.
Rizzo revealed in August 2025 that she had suffered a torn ACL and meniscus. Her last match prior to Friday was on April 18, 2025, at WWE World in a win over Karmen Petrovic.
Last month, Rizzo posted an injury update to social media, stating that she now feels “like my old self,” though she did not officially announce that she had been cleared to return to the ring.
She also served as a ringside reporter for an episode of Evolve earlier this month, interviewing Harley Riggins following his victory against Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Ulka Sasaki.
The last time Rizzo was shown on NXT programming was on the July 8, 2025 edition of NXT, where she hosted a D’Angelo Family sit-down and announced the D’Angelo Family Final Battle for the following week’s show.
