WWE SummerSlam 2026 Night 2 live results: Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins
Night 2 of WWE SummerSlam 2026 is live tonight.
Six matches are scheduled for the show, including Roman Reigns defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins.
An interim WWE Women’s Champion will also be crowned as Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, Charlotte Flair, Chelsea Green, and Lash Legend compete in a five-way ladder match.
Also scheduled, Sami Zayn will face Finn Balor, while Danhausen takes on Dominik Mysterio in a Human Money on a Pole match. Trick Williams will defend the WWE United States Championship against Baron Corbin, and Penta will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable.

Finn Bálor v. Sami Zayn in a #1 Contender Match
I was hoping Bálor would come out as the demon, but he was just plain old Finn. Sami Zayn got some nice heel heat on his entrance.
Nick Aldis came out before the match could get started. He was reinstated as general manager last night after trying to quit. Aldis decided to do what was best for business and add a participant to the match.

But Aldis didn’t say he was just adding one more participant.
Finn Bálor v. Sami Zayn v. Gunther v. Kevin Owens in a Fatal Four-Way #1 Contender Match
The crowd went nuts for Owens. Fans were shown in tears in the crowd. Sami Zayn was suitably shocked by his frenemy’s return.
Owens went right after Gunther and Bálor while Zayn looked on in shock. Owens took out both Bálor and Gunther with cannonballs in the corner. Owens and Zayn hugged… then immediately started swinging away at each other. Owens flattened Zayn with a senton, then dropped to the floor to regroup. Owens then took all of his opponents with a swanton on the floor.
Back in the ring, Owens hit Gunther with a swanton. Owens went for the stunner, but Gunther countered into a sleeper. Zayn and Bálor broke that up, but Gunther still took control. Gunther and Bálor had a nice exchange. Balor hit slingblades on Gunther and Zayn, then shotgun dropkicked Zayn into Gunther.
Gunther hit Bálor with his own shotgun dropkick. Gunther powerbombed Bálor and locked in a Boston Crab, but Owens broke that up and stomped a mudhole in Gunther. Gunther booted Owens down, but Owens popped up with a clothesline.
Bálor caught Owens with an enziguri. Bálor tried for a superplex, but Owens countered that into his twisting fisherman’s superplex. Zayn dumped Owens and tried to steal the pin, but Bálor kicked out.
Owens went for a swanton on a prone Zayn, but Zayn got his knees up. Owens immediately started selling his neck. Sami tried for the Helluva Kick, but Gunther cut him off and went for the sleeper. Bálor crashed that parting by coming off the top with a double stomp and covered Sami, who did not kick out at two but the ref pretended he did so we’re all gonna pretend he did.
Owens hit a stunner on Gunther. He tried for one on Sami, who countered with the Blue Thunder Bomb for. He tried for another helluva kick, but Owens stopped that with a superkick, then hit a stunner and welcome back, Kevin!
Match Result: Kevin Owens won the Fatal Four-Way by pinning Sami Zayn (8:33).
I could have gone for 20 more minutes of that.

Baron Corbin v. Trick Williams (w/ Lil Yachty) for the WWE United States Championship
Williams started out fast and took Corbin down with a flapjack. Williams stomped a mudhole in Corbin in the corner, then clotheslined him to the floor. Williams dropped to the floor and pulled out the Slim Jim table, so Corbin rolled back into the ring to regroup. Corbin dropped to the floor again, so Williams chased after him and ran right into a Deep Six on the floor.
Corbin threw Williams into various hard objects around ringside. Back in the ring, Corbin engaged in some “ground and pound” offense. It looked like Williams got busted open hardway. Corbin mauled Williams on the mat. Oops, the camera work showed some of the swaths of empty seats on the hard camera side of the stadium.
The fight went to the floor. Lil Yachty got in Corbin’s face, who got shoved down for his troubles. Yacthy chased Corbin back into the ring with a pipe.
Back in the ring, Williams took over with some leg lariats and a uranage. Corbin escaped a fireman’s carry with an eye rake. Yachty hit Corbin with his pipe (or whatever it was), and Williams dropped Corbin with a Death Valley Driver for a near fall.
Corbin went for the End of Days, but Williams flipped through and hit a scissor kick for a near fall. Corbin evaded the Trick Shot and dropped to the floor. Corbin grabbed the U.S. title belt, but Yachty grabbed it. Corbin pulled Yachty up on the apron. Williams went to save Yachty, but wound up knocking him off the apron and through the Slim Jim table. While the ref was looking at Yachty, Corbin hit Williams with the title belt, then finished off Williams with the End of Days.
Match Result: Baron Corbin pinned Trick Williams to win the United States Title. (9:16)
There was no heat for this thing when Corbin was on offense. This decision makes no sense, and Corbin looked bad out there.
