WWE is bringing the Royal Rumble to Arizona in February 2027.

At a Tuesday press conference, it was revealed that State Farm Stadium in Glendale will host Royal Rumble 2027. The show is part of a multi-year deal TKO has struck with the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance that includes events from WWE, UFC, Zuffa Boxing, and Professional Bull Riders.

State Farm Stadium is home to the Arizona Cardinals and has hosted multiple Super Bowls, along with other marquee sports and entertainment events like WrestleMania 26 in 2010. The last time the Royal Rumble was held in Arizona was 2019 at Chase Field.

WWE wrestlers Nikki Bella (who was raised in Arizona) and Chelsea Green (the interim WWE Women’s Champion) were in attendance at Tuesday’s press conference at State Farm Stadium. UFC boss Dana White, fighters Brandon Moreno and Sean O’Malley, and a couple of bull riding representatives were also there.

An exact date for the Royal Rumble was not announced, past that it will be happening in February 2027. The PLE is taking place on the road to WrestleMania 43, which is set for Saudi Arabia in April 2027 and also does not officially have a date yet.

February is a little later than the Royal Rumble usually happens. It’s traditionally been scheduled for the end of January, though the 2025 edition was held at the start of February.
