After a run of days where there were like 250+ title changes to write about daily (since probably mid July), we’ve finally hit a date where the number is a lot lower. According to wrestlingdata.com, there have been around 204 major/notable title changes on this date historically.
Some of the bigger title changes include La Parka winning the Mexican National Light Heavyweight Title in 1995, Tajiri winning the WWF World Light Heavyweight Title in 2001, Mascarita Sagrada Dos Mil winning the Mexican National Minis Title in 2001 and Lluvia & Tessa Blanchard winning the CMLL World Women’s Tag Team Titles in 2024.
