Three title matches announced for next week’s WWE SmackDown in Boston
WWE has already announced a star-studded and title-match-filled lineup for next week’s SmackDown in Boston.
Just moments before the main-event match of the August 7, 2026 episode of SmackDown, WWE officially introduced three title matches for next week’s blue brand lineup.
Earlier in the night, after Corbin’s successful title defense against Trick Williams, the champion was attacked backstage by Carmelo Hayes. Hayes challenged Corbin to a title match in his hometown of Boston. Later, WWE confirmed the match via a graphic announcement.
In addition, Tiffany Stratton is scheduled to defend her WWE United States Championship against Jacy Jayne after losing to the Fatal Influence with Chelsea Green on SmackDown.
Damian Priest and R-Truth are also set to defend their WWE Tag Team Championship against The M.F.T.s, and The War Raiders.
