WWE Survivor Series WarGames 2025 Card: Every confirmed match
This Saturday’s WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 takes place at Petco Park in San Diego bringing a stacked match card that almost guarantees chaos, championship matches and John Cena’s last ever PLE.
What is a WarGames match
A WarGames match features two rings side-by-side enclosed by a single steel cage, but no roof (unlike the old WCW version) with teams of usually five wrestlers each.
The match starts with one member from each team. After a set interval, additional members enter alternately until all participants are inside. The match cannot end until everyone is in the ring, when the “match beyond” starts, and victory comes only via pinfall or submission.
Since 2022, the traditional elimination-style bouts and format of Survivor Series has been replaced by WarGames contests for both men’s and women’s division.

Why 2025 Could Be Legendary
This edition of Survivor Series: WarGames brings arguably one of the most star-studded cards in the history of the modern-day WWE format. For the men’s match alone, you have two current world champions, multiple former champions and long-term rivals clashing inside the unforgiving WarGames structure.
Meanwhile, the women’s WarGames match weaves a mix of veteran stars and rising talent, with championships on the line elsewhere on the card. The inclusion of traditional singles title bouts, like Cena vs. Mysterio and Vaquer vs. Bella, gives those uninterested in cage warfare some standalone, high-stakes drama.
