Daniel Garcia announced for PWG Battle of Los Angeles
The sixth entrant for this year’s PWG Battle of Los Angeles is now set.
PWG announced this evening that Daniel Garcia will be a participant in next month’s tournament, marking his first-ever entry. Others announced so far include Lio Rush, Alex Shelly, JONAH, Kevin Blackwood, and Black Taurus.
Garcia signed with All Elite Wrestling in October after regularly appearing for the company for most of the year. He has aligned himself with 2point0, and together hey are currently feuding with Chris Jericho and Eddie Kingston. On AEW, he has faced the likes of CM Punk, Jon Moxley, and Darby Allin. He has also made appearances on New Japan Strong, Limitless Wrestling, and Game Changer Wrestling in the last year.
This year’s Battle of Los Angeles will take place on Saturday, January 29, and Sunday, January 20 at the Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, California. It will be the sixteenth edition of the tournament and the first since 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic preventing tournaments in 2020 and 2021.
