MLW TV moving to Wednesday nights on fubo Sports Network

Ahead of returning with new television episodes later this year, MLW TV is moving nights.

It was announced today that -- starting next week -- MLW TV will premiere on the fubo Sports Network at 7 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday nights. There will also be a replay on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. Eastern:

Major League Wrestling (“MLW”) is moving nights. Starting next week, fans can tune in to fubo Sports Network Wednesday nights at 7pm ET to watch the latest major league action with a replay at 10pm ET.

'Moving to a weeknight and in prime time was one of our goals with The Restart,' said Court Bauer, MLW CEO & Founder. 'fubo Sports offers us two great windows to catch the realest wrestling in the sport while placing us on over 75 million screens.'

fubo Sports Network is a live free-to-consumer TV network featuring sports stories on and off the field.

Available on over 75 million devices; consumers can stream fubo Sports Network for free on Pluto TV, LG Channels, Samsung TV Plus, The Roku Channel, Vizio Channels, Plex and XUMO as well as through fuboTV’s subscription service and on fubosportsnetwork.com.

fubo Sports Network features original programming, live sports and programming from partners including: MLW, USA Today, FanDuel, The Players Tribune, Stadium, VSiN, Campus Lore and many more.

"This fall you'll be able to watch @MLW multiple ways," Bauer tweeted. "•Stream Wednesday 7pm & 10pm:@fuboSports •Cable/Satellite Saturday 10pm: @beINSPORTSUSA •On-Demand: @DAZN_USA"

With events on hold since March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MLW has recently been airing content from their Underground series that was part of the promotion's original run from 2003-2004. MLW will return with TV tapings taking place at "an undisclosed East Coast venue" this October. The tapings will begin airing in early November.

Bauer told Sports Illustrated that whether the promotion's weekly TV series will be called MLW Fusion or MLW Underground when it returns hasn't been decided: "We’ve had a lot of fans let us know they prefer Underground. That’s something we’re going to pin down in the weeks ahead."
