AEW announces Chris Jericho segment for Fight for the Fallen

AEW has announced a segment with Chris Jericho for Fight for the Fallen.

The promotion is advertising that Jericho will have a “live mic” at Saturday’s show. This will be Jericho’s first appearance for AEW since he defeated Kenny Omega in the main event of Double or Nothing.

After defeating Omega, Jericho cut a promo and demanded to be thanked by AEW and the fans. Jon Moxley then appeared and laid out Jericho, a referee, and Omega.

Jericho posted on Instagram about the Fight for the Fallen segment: “A LIVE MIC and A PISSED OFF #CHRISJERICHO at #FightForTheFallen? Let’s just say you won’t believe what Im gonna say….”

Jericho will face Hangman Page at All Out on August 31 to decide the first AEW World Champion. Page vs. Kip Sabian is set for Fight for the Fallen.
