AEW announces Texas residency to kick off 2026
AEW is headed back to the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
As first reported by the Dallas News, four episodes of AEW Collision will take place from the venue on January 3, 10, 24, and 31.
This will be AEW’s second residency at the Esports Stadium. The venue previously hosted six AEW/ROH events this past summer in the lead-up to AEW All In at Globe Life Field.
“I wish we’d been back even sooner,” Tony Khan said to the Dallas News. “I love being around Dallas. To do these shows and have ‘Collision’ events back at the Esports Stadium again, it’s fantastic for us. That’s always a great place for AEW, and in particular, we’ve had some of our best events there. I can’t wait to go back.”
Khan then praised the main event of ROH Supercard of Honor held at Esports Stadium on July 11:
“It feels like it was just yesterday, but it’s really been a long time,” Khan continued. “The main event is still a match people talk about to this day with Bandido and (Konosuke) Takeshita. … Certainly the Metroplex, the fans deliver over and over. So, that’s why I’m really glad to bring AEW back. We’re going to have a bunch of great shows.”
Following the Arlington residency, AEW will head to Australia in mid-February 2026 for Grand Slam Australia and a house show the following night.
AEW has also announced a residency at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom. The venue hosted last year’s Dynamite on 34th Street and AEW Christmas Collision events on December 21 and 22.
