AEW Dynamite ratings down for Revolution go-home show

The show averaged 966,000 viewers on Wednesday night.

Wednesday night's AEW Dynamite averaged 966,000 viewers on TBS, down 4.4 percent from last week. It's the third-lowest audience for the show so far in 2022.

The episode was Dynamite's go-home show for Sunday's Revolution pay-per-view and featured the announcement that Tony Khan has bought Ring of Honor.

Dynamite finished eighth on the cable charts with a 0.35 rating, down 12.5 percent from the previous week. Cable news viewership was way up with coverage of the war in Ukraine.

The 18-49 rating ties Dynamite's lowest demo number for 2022 so far.

Numbers were down across all age groups with the exception of people over 50, where the rating was the same as last week. The biggest drop was with women 18-49, which fell by 15.4 percent.

As compared to the same week in 2021, Dynamite was up 3.4 percent in viewership and up 6.1 percent in 18-49. Both are much smaller increases than the show has been doing of late in the year-over-year comparisons.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of overall viewership and detailed demo numbers for Dynamite. This week's show was down 3.8 percent in viewership and down 10.3 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
