AEW Full Gear 2020 announced for November

AEW has revealed the name and date for their next pay-per-view.

During All Out tonight, a video aired announcing that Full Gear 2020 will take place on Saturday, November 7. This will be AEW’s second annual Full Gear PPV.

The promotion’s first Full Gear event was held at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland last November. It was headlined by Jon Moxley defeating Kenny Omega in an unsanctioned lights out match. Chris Jericho, who was the AEW World Champion then, also retained the title against Cody at that PPV after MJF turned against Cody and threw in the towel.

Full Gear will be AEW’s fourth PPV of 2020. Revolution, Double or Nothing, and All Out were the company’s first three PPVs of the year. Double or Nothing and All Out were both held at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tonight’s All Out PPV had a socially distanced crowd that was limited to a maximum of 15 percent capacity.
