AEW Rampage ratings up for second afternoon episode

This was the second straight week that Rampage aired at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time.

Friday afternoon's episode of AEW Rampage averaged 340,000 viewers on TNT, up 16.4 percent from the previous week. Due to the NBA playoffs, the show was move to a 5:30 p.m. Eastern time slot for the second straight week.

In the 18-49 demo, Rampage drew a 0.12 rating, up 9.1 percent from last week. The show finished 30th on the cable charts in that demo and was third in the time slot, trailing ESPN and Fox News programming that aired head-to-head.

The biggest increase for the show was with females 12-34, which were up 100 percent to a 0.06 rating. That number is similar to what Rampage does in its normal time slot at 10 p.m. Eastern.

Ratings were up in every category with the exception of men 18-49, which were down 5.9 percent to a 0.16 rating. Not surprisingly, it's the lowest rating Rampage has ever done in that category, but the early time slot is the reason.
