AEW releases new Thanksgiving week programming ad

AEW has released a new ad promoting its upcoming Thanksgiving week programming.

Voiced by Tony Schiavone, the comedic ad features The Conglomeration, The Demand, “Timeless” Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa, Eddie Kingston, Triangle of Madness, The Young Bucks, Bryan Danielson, and Harley Cameron attending an AEW Thanksgiving. The commercial is promoting both Dynamite and Collision — which will air on Thanksgiving eve and Thanksgiving night in a couple of weeks.

Aside from during the pandemic in 2020, AEW has had a regular tradition of holding the Thanksgiving eve episode of Dynamite in the Chicago area. That won’t be the case this year, though, with the episode set to be held at The Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday, November 26. Dynamite will air live — and Collision will be taped that night to air on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 27). The shows will feature the fallout from AEW’s Full gear pay-per-view and the beginning of the build to Worlds End.

The switch with Collision not airing on its normal night during Thanksgiving week means that the show will not be going against WWE Survivor Series: WarGames on Saturday, November 29.
