AEW Dynamite Beach Break live results: MJF vs. Kenny Omega
AEW Dynamite Beach Break takes place tonight from The BayCare Sound in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
Two title matches, a Casino Gauntlet match, and a big-time grudge match are scheduled for the show.
The AEW World Championship will be on the line when MJF defends against Kenny Omega, with the stipulation that if MJF wins, Omega will never challenge for the AEW World title again.
The International Championship will also be on the line as Konosuke Takeshita defends against Kyle Fletcher.
A new number one contender for the AEW Women’s World Championship will be crowned in a Casino Gauntlet match. Confirmed for the bout are Athena, Maya World, Skye Blue, and Rina.

AEW Dynamite Beach Break comes on the air with Renee Paquette backstage with Kenny Omega & Michael Nakazawa, as Omega said this is do or die, his back is up against the wall, but throughout his career, that’s when he’s done his best work. He’s talking JAPW, DDT, PWG, the indies, that’s why only Nakazawa has his back tonight. If this is it for him tonight, he’ll shake MJF’s hand and congratulate him, but that’s not going to happen. 102 degrees in that ring tonight, will MJF have what it takes to kill Omega out there. We’re going to find out tonight if MJF has what it takes to headline AEW’s biggest event of the year at Wembley. Until the main event, maybe one of the last time’s he’ll ever say it, goodbye, goodnight, bang.
Excalibur welcomes us and again goes over that if Omega loses tonight, he’ll never challenge for the AEW World Title again before throwing it to the entrances for our opening grudge match of the night.
Jericho vs. Tommaso Ciampa
(For being a match that they’ve built on TV for the last few weeks, I thought they delivered a hard-hitting battle. I’m glad Ciampa won this, but you can tell in the post-match that this rivalry is only getting going. The last few weeks, Ciampa has been fixated on using a power drill, so I really hope that doesn’t actually happen at some point during this feud.)
The stage is set-up like a beach theme and Ciampa tries hiding side stage after his entrance, but Jericho comes through the crowd and up the ramp to brawl with Ciampa while his music keeps playing. Jericho suplexed Ciampa through a deck chair (slicing open the back of his upper leg in the process) by the tiki bar as the crowd sings along to Judas. Ciampa gets launched into the ring to officially start the match, only to be sent right back out, where Jericho hit a dive from the top rope. Taking too long to head back inside, Ciampa caught Jericho with a draping DDT between the ropes and stood tall. Jericho fought off a DVD on the apron and delivered one of his own. Both men fight onto the steps, where Ciampa hits a Fairytale Ending onto them, applauding himself before planting a smooch on a bald-headed fan ringside, telling the camera that “bald is beautiful, ass clown” as things went to break with Jericho busted opened.
Things return with both men exchanging chops, as Jericho connected on a corner clothesline, took Ciampa up to the top for punches, until Ciampa slid out, into an Avalanche Air Raid Crash for two. Ciampa swept out the legs, looked for the Walls of Jericho, but Jericho got an inside cradle for a near fall. Back up to the corner, Jericho successfully hits the hurricanrana followed by a brainbuster for a close two. Both slug it out with overhand strikes, until Ciampa grabbed a pail full of sand, but turned into a Code Breaker. Tony Schiavone pointed out how Jericho has sand in the cut now, which couldn’t feel good, as Jericho connected with a bulldog, but missed the Lionsault. Ciampa hit two charging knees, but on the third, Jericho countered into the Walls of Jericho. Ciampa grabbed the pail again, Aubrey got it away, but Ciampa grabbed a handful of sand and blinded Jericho. One more charging knee decked Jericho and Ciampa got the pin.
Post-match, Ciampa grabbed a chair and waffled Jericho right in the head with it. Not done, Ciampa pulled out a tool bag from under the ring and brought out a power drill. Security and referees hit the ring before damage could be done, as Ciampa went to the back, popping a floatie with the drill and hilariously spun it around up the ramp.
Match Result: Tommaso Ciampa defeated Jericho
-The Brawling Birds were shown beating up locals at what I assume to be a local British bar in Clearwater, saying it felt good to do that again. There was a giant “The Brawling Birds” sign in this bar, so who knows where it was supposed to be at.

-Will Ospreay is interviewed backstage by Renee Paquette, saying Kenny Omega is one of the best to ever do it, but can’t look passed Max, it’s not the talent you have to worry about with him, it’s the bullsh*t. Hopefully tonight we can announce the main event of All In being Omega vs. Ospreay. MJF walks in saying he has issue with that and Ospreay was rude, as MJF isn’t judgmental thinking Ospreay is a grown man looking for compliments from Jon Moxley. “Please sir, can I have some more?” as MJF said you’re living in the golden era of 2026, as Ospreay said he’s the feeling, when MJF was the feeling all along, when Ospreay & Omega are just good little rasslers. MJF can’t stand people want to see Omega vs. Ospreay for his Triple B, but after tonight, Omega won’t be able to challenge for the title or look in the mirror again. MJF says Ospreay’s stack of dimes he calls a neck, MJF will break it and take pleasure doing so in London.
Ospreay said MJF has mixed up his mouth wash with cat piss and take two steps back. Ospreay said MJF can be the longest or youngest, but MJF can’t even crack the Top 50 of greatest, Ospreay knows 14-year-old girls better than he is. MJF is a beggar, wanting to be part of the conversation, but until you can do it on your own, you won’t be part of the conversation and you never will be. MJF spat in Ospreay’s face, as Paquette bailed and we get a pull apart with MJF screaming that he’s the champ and Omega is a dead man, which is on Ospreay. This was an awesome backstage back and forth.
Konosuke Takeshita vs. Kyle Fletcher for the AEW International Title
(Excellent, PPV quality match this was, as I was genuinely shocked at this clean finish and new champion crowned. The International Title heads back to the Callis Family and it’ll be interesting to see how this sits with Kazuchika Okada, who was not there tonight to celebrate Fletcher’s win. I’m curious as to whether Takeshita stays in this title picture, considering this was a clean loss.)
Don Callis joins commentary with Lance Archer by his side, as Fletcher is rocking his own pink version of an Alpha mask during his entrance. We get a pretty respectable start, as both men trade headlocks and shoulder blocks, until the forearm battle ramps up. Both block each other’s finisher attempts, until Takeshita flies with a Takeshita-line. Callis said he chose Takeshita to replace Omega, while Fletcher was chosen to replace Takeshita, who was more pre-occupied going to Japan instead of staying here with the Family. Fletcher runs through a clothesline, hit a big boot that sent Takeshita outside, where he followed with a PK. Fletcher opted to drink some water and took a forearm in the process, as Takeshita stared down Callis & Archer at the commentary table. The distraction allowed Fletcher to post Takeshit and zone in on the right arm back inside. Fletcher ran into a desperation Exploder that sent him outside, giving Takeshita a chance to clear the top with a Tope heading to break.
Things return with Takeshita connecting on a huge superplex, as each slowly rise into another forearm battle. Takeshita leapt for another Takeshita-line, but this time, Fletcher was ready with a big boot. Fletcher missed a charge and Takeshita hit a one-arm Blue Thunder Bomb into the double down. They go back out to the apron, as Takeshita tried the same BT Bomb he hit at Forbidden Door, but Fletcher blocked it. The same couldn’t be said for the Bastard Driver that Takeshita would connect with and follow with the wheelbarrow German on the apron. Back inside, Takeshita hit a Poison Rana, charged for a Power Drive Knee, but ran into a Michinoku Driver from Fletcher for a close two. Both up, as Takeshita ducks a lariat and hits one of his own, turning Fletcher inside out. Takeshita up top for a senton, but Fletcher quickly cut him off with a jump kick, wanted a brainbuster, but Takeshita slid out into a massive Last Ride powerbomb. Callis swiped at the foot of Takeshita to distract him, as Fletcher charged in, only to get planted with Raging Fire. The bad arm wouldn’t allow a fast cover and the delay gave Fletcher a foot on the rope.
Takeshita lowered the knee pad, charged for his Power Drive, but Fletcher caught him into a roll-up for two. They battle for backslide attempts, until Fletcher kicked out the bad arm, thrust kick and Sheer Drop Brainbuster, only Takeshita kicked out. Running corner kick hits, as Fletcher quickly brings Takeshita up in the corner and hits his Brainbuster for the clean victory and title. Post-match, The Don Callis Family hit the ring to celebrate with the new champion, while The Conglomeration & Mistico head out to tend to Takeshita.

Back from break, The Callis Family are still in the ring, but they’re interrupted by “Guest Interviewer” Mick Foley, who hasn’t been on TBS since 1994 we’re told and he gets a huge pop. Foley said this moment isn’t about him, it’s about the new International Champion, Kyle Fletcher. Foley put over the performance and asked what it felt like beating his former best friend, Takeshita. Fletcher said Takeshita was never his friend, he was always #1 and Takeshita was riding his coattails. Fletcher did what ProtOkada said they would do and bring this title back to The Family. Callis cut Foley off, saying this is a celebration, not about Foley stealing the spotlight from the young real talent. Foley brings up credibility, something Callis doesn’t know about, as he means when he said Fletcher was one of the finest young talents he’s seen. Foley then brings up his custom painted shoes with his dogs and said if Callis disrespects him again, one will get placed up his ass.
Callis was insulted The Callis Family has got the National Champion, the International Champion and the TNT Champion, introducing Kevin Knight to the ring. Knight applauded Fletcher on the stage, saying it took him long enough to bring gold back to the Callis Family. Knight said he’s still owed a World Title shot from volunteering to walk through Death’s Door. Whether tonight is Omega or Fraudman, Jet-2-Belts is on the way.
Andrade El Idolo’s music hits and he’s out in a suit and trenchcoat in this Florida heat, as he said Callis messed up, he promised him the World Championship, but now, Andrade promises he’s going to take one belt from Fletcher. Callis said he had to deal with Andrade’s obsession with belts, so if you want a belt, if he can beat Jake Doyle next week, he can face Mark Davis for the National Title. Andrade said Tranquillo, Tranquillo, he has one question, “How You Know?” and dares The Callis Family to bring it on. They all chase Andrade to the back, where Darby Allin appears and starts beating the hell out of Knight, when Brian Cage & Doyle beat him down. Knight told Cage to stay away from the backpack and instead, grab the skateboard. Cage was going to swing it, when it exploded in his face. Doyle said it was you, pointing to Andrade with a remote in his hand asking “How You Know?” as he & Allin brawl with Doyle & Knight to end the segment.
Death Riders (AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley & Will Ospreay w/Marina Shafir) vs. The Workhorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake)
(I wish we got more of Henry & Drake on Dynamite & Collision, as they fill the role of competitive enhancement guys extremely well. If it wasn’t for Ospreay already main eventing the biggest show of the year, I wouldn’t hate he & Moxley going after the Tag Titles with the way they’ve been teaming in recent weeks.)
Henry & Drake get the currently in the ring treatment, as Henry exchanged early takedowns with Moxley, who opts to just ramp up the chops. Spin kick to the ribs from Henry, as Drake tags in and obliges with the chop exchange. Blind tag by Henry who twists the neck with the feet, as Drake hit a senton for two. Moxley dares for more, blocks a boot into a Dragon Screw before tagging Ospreay, who flew in with a snap hurricanrana. Henry & Drake go outside, as Ospreay takes out two for one with a slingshot cross body into commercial. During break, Drake tripped up Ospreay, pulled him outside and hit his impressive bounce back clubbing right hand off the apron, allowing Ospreay to be isolated in the ring.
Back from break, Henry connects on reverse suplex, as Drake flew in with a Shining Wizard. Ospreay was able to battle back with a handspring corkscrew kick and get the tag to Moxley, who ran wild with an Elbow Suicida on Drake. Quickly back in, Drake took corner punches and had his head bit, as Henry took a Cutter for good measure. Drake wanted a striking battle, so Moxley rolled outside and got hyped up by Shafir, who slapped the hell out of him. Drake absorbs a lariat, so Ospreay shoves Moxley out of the way and hits a Styles Clash on Drake, as Moxley laid out Henry with a piledriver. Paradigm Shift and Hidden Blade take Drake out for good and Moxley gets the pin.
Match Result: Death Riders defeated The Workhorsemen when Moxley pinned Drake

Women’s Casino Gauntlet for a shot at the AEW Women’s Title at Redemption
(The final few minutes, this really picked up, but until then, it really felt like everyone was just waiting for the next participant to enter and until then, it was weapons and forearms. Their were brief interactions like Athena & World to start or Rina & Shirakawa that stood out. However, Thekla stole the match on commentary, as she was hilarious the entire time, to the point where Excalibur seemingly gave up and let her go. Very happy to see Willow Nightingale back, as she got a huge pop for her return and now faces Thekla at Redemption, with Mercedes Mone watching in the wings.)
Athena & Maya World are entrants #1 & #2 having won their qualifying matches this past week on Collision. They exchange quick pin attempts at the opening bell, as Thekla said the last time she went to a casino, she won $10,000 in cash and a stripper on her lap, so she’s excited about this casino thing. #3 is Skye Blue with a kendo stick, as World ducks and Athena took the shot. World tried a springboard, but leapt into a kendo shot and neckbreaker for two. Blue was pulled outside and violently driven into the steps via powerslam, as Thekla didn’t seem to be bothered, as she was offering Schiavone a sip of her drink. He said he didn’t want her to spit on him and Thekla said he seemed to enjoy it last time, which popped Excalibur & Taz. We’re in commercial break banter period, as Thekla said Schiavone should sell that jacket she spat on, he could get a lot of money for it. Back inside, it’s been nothing but forearms and near fall attempts, until Mina Shirakawa is #4, who came in hot with flying clotheslines and head scissors. Thekla said wrestling Shirakawa is like wrestling a blow-up doll and wishes they were friends so she could (insert motorboat sound here).
Rina #5, as she faces off with Shirakawa immediately, throwing heavy forearms. They both took out Blue with a double dropkick, until she faked a high five with Shirakawa and hit a thrust kick. Athena took a shotgun dropkick; World had her arm captured and snapped back for a near fall. Julia Hart is #6 with a trash can lid and she starts hitting everyone in her path and a lungblower to Athena, causing her head to smash into the lid. Outside they go, as Hart decked Athena in the midsection with a chair and one to a security guard as well. Hart & Blue start lighting up ringside attendants and security as things go to a second commercial with Hart & Blue hitting a double DDT to more security. One wonders why they didn’t do this to the other competitors? My question was quickly answered, as they did just that during picture-in-picture. While Athena & Blue went at it in the ring, Hart was just watching as she held Shirakawa down outside. Thekla said this she doesn’t have a pick for this, as this is a sh*t show.
Back from break, Thunder Rosa out at #7 and runs wild with Stunners and running dropkick to Blue in the ropes, who was holding a chair. Samoan Drop onto Hart on the trash can lid, as World broke the count, but took a double stomp for her troubles. Rina & Rosa slug it out, until Rosa hit a Ushigoroshi for two. Rosa let out a scream, not seeing Athena flying in with an O-Face. Shirakawa broke the cover, but ate an O-Face of her own, resulting in everyone else breaking the count. The returning Willow Nightingale is #8 to a huge pop, as Athena got wiped out with a boot on the stage, as Nightingale dished out spinebusters and clotheslines aplenty in the ring. Thekla said she wonders if Nightingale was ever injured with how good she looks, as Nightingale took a pile out with a cannonball off the apron and DVD to Athena on the floor. Blue took a Michinoku Driver outside by World, as Hart was spiked with a Doctor Bomb by Nightingale in the ring for the win.
Post-match, Thekla laid out Nightingale with a Spear in the ring, as Lena Kross & Megan Bayne attacked Hart & Blue on the ramp, with Thekla unaware. Thekla was about to take out Nightingale with the Women’s Title, when Mone blindsided Thekla with the Owen Hart Title and Nightingale got decked as well. Mone stood tall in the ring, as Divine Dominion posed on the ramp, with commentary saying the three have clearly made an alliance.

-Excalibur said one of the Four Pillars is back in the fold and we get a package for Jungle Jack Perry, highlighting his time in AEW, saying he started here from day one and found love here. The biggest fear in his life is that he wouldn’t live up to his potential. Footage of the Scape Goat days, then the reunion of Jurassic Express. Perry said it’s not enough just to be here, he wants to be World Champion. AEW is the place where he wants to be champion and this is where the best wrestle. Perry is shown re-signing a contract with Tony Khan and stabs a knife through it to end the vignette.
-Renee Paquette is backstage with Speedball Mike Bailey, who said The Callis Family has taken so much from him, it’s time to take something from him, so Collision, he’s taking the AEW National Title from Mark Davis.

MJF vs. Kenny Omega for the AEW World Title
(What a main event this was, as this could’ve obviously main evented Redemption, but I’m glad folks got to see it tonight. The pops Omega would get in his false finishes, the double guessing whether he should use the title as a weapon like he did his last title reign, Ospreay refusing to let MJF win with the diamond ring yet again, then finally the closing sequence. This was one of the best matches and endings in Dynamite history.)
Big match introductions from Justin Roberts, as MJF (rocking Bam-Bam-Bigelow inspired gear) handed a piece of paper during his intro saying he’s not from filthy Florida, land of racism and incest. He’s the man who kicked out of the One-Winged Angel and will end Kenny Omega’s legacy.
Bell sounds and they slug it out immediately, until MJF goes to the throat. Omega hit a snap German, looked for One-Winged Angel early, but MJF grabbed the ropes and both tumbled over the top outside. MJF bailed into the crowd, with Omega in hot pursuit, as fans clear out and MJF gets launched into a bunch of chairs. Back to the ring, Omega signals for a V-Trigger, but MJF pulled referee Bryce into the path, allowing MJF to shoot a double leg and bite Omega. MJF told the camera he’s moonwalking to Wembley whether you like it or not. Omega dodged a Heat Seeker, but MJF quickly regrouped into a slingshot Cutter for two. MJF took forever to go for another Heat Seeker, as Omega escaped and went up the ramp, where he sent MJF head first into the lifeguard chair. Omega climbed atop and hit a huge Moonsault off it to a huge pop.
Back to the ring they go, Omega up top for a picture-perfect dropkick, sending MJF back outside, where he was in position for Omega to hit the Terminator Dive. Kotaro Crusher in the ring, followed by the leg trap neckbreaker, but MJF hit a drop toe hold into the ropes to avoid a V-Trigger. MJF missed a charge into a Snap Dragon, as both exchange a combo of strikes, each get a head of steam and collide with a double clothesline for a double down. Omega up and charged, but MJF caught him with a powerbomb onto the knee and Package Piledriver for two. MJF clears the announce table off (which has gotten super close to the ring from previous matches), wanted a Tombstone off the apron, but Omega fell back into the ring. He fought back with a charging V-Trigger that launched MJF off the apron with a Foley-esque head first bump through the table into commercial. During the break, Omega kept pouring water in his eyes, presumably having sand in them.
We return from break with Omega wanting a One-Winged Angel on the apron, but MJF raked at the eyes to get free. You Can’t Escape attempted by Omega, who hit the first part, but MJF got his knees up on the Moonsault off the guard rail. Picking Omega up for a Tombstone, MJF ran over and delivered it onto a seated chair, messing his own leg up in the process. Back inside, MJF missed Heat Seeker and jammed his knee, as Omega was going to go for V-Trigger, but collapsed. MJF attempted a charge, but also collapse, with Omega exploding up into a V-Trigger. MJF fought off One-Winged Angel, so Omega transitioned into Croyt’s Wrath and V-Trigger to the back in the corner. They both got up top, where Omega wants an Avalanche One-Winged Angel, only MJF counters into an Avalanche Poison Rana and Heat Seeker for the closest two of the night and the crowd explodes.
MJF rolled outside and grabbed the AEW World Title, bringing it in the ring, but referee Bryce caught him. Taking it away, MJF pulled out the Dynamite Diamond Ring, only Will Ospreay sprinted out and pulled it away. With Bryce & MJF’s attention turned, Omega was about to use the title on MJF, but thought otherwise, tossed the title aside and MJF immediately hit a low blow and belt shot, but Omega exploded up at one. Shocking everyone, Ospreay included, as he stayed watching at the top of the entrance. Omega lit up MJF with strikes and three V-Triggers right on target, leading to a One-Winged Angel for the win and the World Title, as the crowd are going absolutely nuts.
An All In graphic showed for Omega vs. Ospreay, as of right now, for the AEW World Title at Wembley, as huge pyro goes off with Omega standing tall with the World Title to end the show.
