AEW World Champion MJF set for new indie appearance

Next month, AEW World Champion MJF is scheduled to appear at an indie event that’s being put on by his co-worker Evil Uno.

It was announced today that MJF will appear at Mystery Wrestling 23 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on Thursday, March 26. The show is taking place at Midway Music Hall and will stream for free live on both YouTube and Twitch. Tickets go on sale this Thursday (February 5) at noon Mountain time.

Founded by Evil Uno, Mystery Wrestling is an indie concept where most of the participants and matches are not revealed in advance. Each show is hosted by Evil Uno and one special guest.

MJF — who is attempting to prove himself as a traveling World Champion — made a title defense for Limitless Wrestling in Maine last month, where he presented both Alec Price and Jordan Oliver with AEW contracts. MJF is also set to appear for House of Glory Wrestling in his hometown of Long Island, New York on February 20.

Along with this Mystery Wrestling date, MJF will be in Canada when AEW holds Dynamite/Collision in Winnipeg on April 1, Dynamite/Collision in Edmonton on April 8, and Dynasty 2026 in Vancouver on April 12.
