AEW Worlds End adds new title match

The AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship be on the line at Worlds End.

Set up by the eight-woman tag on Wednesday’s Holiday Bash episode of Dynamite and Collision, the Women’s Tag Team Champions Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron of Babes of Wrath will defend their titles against TBS Champion Mercedes Mone and ROH Women’s World Champion Athena at the Worlds End pay-per-view set for Saturday, December 27.

Mone pinned Nightingale in the eight-woman at Holiday Bash, with Athena and Mone challenging Babes of Wrath in a backstage promo post-match. The title bout was officially added to Worlds End later in the Holiday Bash broadcast.
