Hardy was booked in at 12:45 a.m on Monday.

Jeff Hardy has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Arrest records in Volusia County, Florida show that Hardy was booked at 12:45 p.m on Monday, June 13. He has been charged with one count each of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol (third offense in 10 years), driving with a canceled/suspended/revoked license, and violating restrictions placed on a driver's license.

Hardy is scheduled to appear in front of a judge on Tuesday, June 14 at 1:30 p.m.

ESPN's Marc Raimondi added further details obtained from the Florida Highway Patrol arrest report.

"A white car was seen 'swerving' and 'running off' the roadway Monday around 12:30 a.m. When the officer made a traffic stop and engaged Hardy, the wrestler seemed 'to be in a stupor and confused,' per the report," Raimondi tweeted.

"Once he left his car, Hardy was unsteady and smelled of alcohol, per the report. Officers, through conversation, learned Hardy had been drinking. Hardy could not complete any portion of sobriety exercises successfully 'or without risk of falling,' the officer wrote in the report."

"Officers administered a breath test and Hardy’s first sample read 0.294 of blood-alcohol content. A second sample read 0.291. The legal limit to drive in Florida is .08."

Hardy was also arrested and charged with driving under the influence on October 3, 2019 in Moore County, North Carolina. He was arrested for public intoxication in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on July 13, 2019 as well. Hardy served 10 days in jail in 2011 after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to traffic.

Hardy is currently scheduled for a triple threat ladder match on Dynamite this week along with his brother against Jurassic Express and the Young Bucks.
