Best Friends vs. Dark Order Trios tournament semifinal set for next AEW Rampage
The second semifinal bout in the AEW World Trios Championship tournament is now set for next Friday’s live Rampage.
Dark Order’s John Silver, Alex Reynolds & 10 will take on Best Friends’ Orange Cassidy, Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor with the winner advancing to the tournament finals at next Sunday’s All Out.
The winner next Friday will take on the winner of the other semifinal bout which is set for this Wednesday’s Dynamite: The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks) vs. United Empire (Will Ospreay & Aussie Open).
Silver, Reynolds & 10 defeated House of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews, & Brody King) Friday to advance in the tournament, assisted by a distraction from Miro. House of Black beat down Miro afterward, leading to Sting and Darby Allin making the save.
The Trios tournament match is the only thing announced for Friday’s live show from the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
