CM Punk backstage footage to air on AEW Rampage
Backstage footage of CM Punk following his World title loss to Jon Moxley will air on Friday’s AEW Rampage.
AEW president Tony Khan announced the new segment for Friday, August 26, promising “exclusive backstage footage” of Punk shot Wednesday at Dynamite.

Punk lost the AEW World Championship to interim AEW Champion Jon Moxley on Wednesday’s Dynamite, selling a foot injury.
Already announced for Rampage are an ROH World title match with Claudio Castagnoli defending against Dustin Rhodes, a Wardlow vs. Ryan Nemeth TNT title match, Sammy Guevara & Tay Melo vs. Ortiz & Ruby Soho, the continuation of the AEW World Trios Championship tournament, plus a Jade Cargill promo segment.

- ROH World Championship: Claudio Castagnoli (c) vs. Dustin Rhodes
- TNT Championship: Wardlow (c) vs. Ryan Nemeth
- AEW World Trios Championship tournament: House of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews & Brody King) vs. Dark Order (John Silver, Alex Reynolds & Preston “10” Vance)
