Danhausen signs with AEW, appears on Dynamite

Danhausen made a cameo appearance during tonight's Dynamite main event.

Danhausen has officially signed with AEW.

During tonight’s Dynamite, Danhausen made a cameo, appearing under the ring during the Lights Out match between Orange Cassidy and Adam Cole. When Cole went under the ring to grab a chair, Danhausen appeared, clinging onto the chair. This allowed Cassidy to counter with a DDT on a confused Cole as Danhausen walked to the back, leaving Cassidy with a surprised look on his face. Tony Khan later confirmed that Danhausen had signed with the company.

Danhausen previously was part of Ring of Honor, first making sporadic appearances in 2019. The following year, he signed with the company and continued to make appearances until the end of 2021, where everyone’s ROH contracts were allowed to expire while the company underwent the process of shutting down through April of this year.

Back on Halloween night of last year, Danhausen broke his tibia and fibula at a NGW event, where he teamed with Warhorse against Facade and Jason Kincaid.
