Ethan Page done with AEW & ROH, wanted to leave earlier this year

This story has been updated.

On Thursday, it was learned that Ethan Page’s profile was removed from the roster on AEW’s website with Fightful later reporting that he is no longer with either AEW or Ring of Honor.

The outlet also reported that Page had expressed a desire to leave as early as February of this year. As of now, it’s unclear what was the impetus for the request was.

Page joined AEW in 2021, signing with the company in March of that year and debuting in the Face of the Revolution ladder match at the Revolution pay-per-view.

A Canadian native, his most recent AEW match came in an early-December 2023 loss to Kenny Omega on Collision from Montreal.

Page has since wrestled for the ROH brand with his most recent bout taped on February 14 of this year in a victory over Anthony Henry.

In addition to his in-ring career, Page is the promoter of Canadian indie Alpha-1 Wrestling, which ran its first shows since 2021 in February and March of this year, with another event set for May 19.

Page announced last year that he had moved to the United States, and thanked AEW for helping him get his green card to establish permanent resident status in the US.
