Babes of Wrath at the Supergirl premiere

Making a dramatic entrance is a crucial part of being a professional wrestlers. Red carpet photo ops are basically Hollywood’s version of pro wrestling entrances. So why aren’t there more wrestlers making appearances at Hollywood red carpet events?

Well, two of them did make such an appearance tonight. Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron—the inaugural AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions as the Babes of Wrath—appeared on the red carpet at the premiere of Supergirl in New York City.

The duo were asked how the Babes of Wrath would team up to take on Supergirl.

“How would we team up?” Cameron asked. “I think she might want to join us.”

“I was going to say, I think that’s a trios situation,” Nightingale added. “It wouldn’t be a rivalry.”

Cameron also mentioned that Supergirl actress Milly Alcock was a fellow Australian, so they’d have an automatic connection.

Cameron also took time to address Marina Shafir, her opponent on Dynamite this Wednesday in a Survival of the Fittest qualifier.

“Part of me is a little bit concerned that Marina is going to kick off my nipple into the third row,” she admitted. “But there is a part of me that remembers that in my entire career, I’ve always been put into the deep end, and I have never stopped fighting until I end up on top.”

Supergirl and AEW both fall under the Warner Bros. Discovery corporate umbrella.
