Malakai Black set for first AEW singles match since 2022

This week’s AEW Collision will feature a rare Malakai Black singles match.

AEW has announced that Black vs. Bryan Keith will take place on Collision this Saturday night. It’s the first one-on-one match Black has had in AEW since June 2022, when he defeated Penta El Zero Miedo on an episode of Dynamite. Black also took part in a four-way match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door that same month.

Black and his House of Black stablemates are currently feuding against Mark Briscoe.

Keith is a new addition to the AEW roster. His signing was officially announced after putting in a strong performance in a loss to Eddie Kingston on Collision earlier this month.

On Rampage tonight (February 23), Keith is teaming up with Penta El Zero Miedo & Komander in a three-way trios match against Top Flight & Action Andretti and Private Party & Matt Sydal.

Collision is taking place from Great Southern Bank Arena in Springfield, Missouri this Saturday. The updated lineup for the episode is listed below:

AEW Collision (Saturday, February 24) —

  • Bryan Danielson vs. Jun Akiyama
  • FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) vs. Shane Taylor & Lee Moriarty
