Mercedes Mone, AEW partner with Crunchyroll for exclusive merchandise
Exclusive Mercedes Mone merchandise has been announced.
The TBS Champion has partnered with anime streaming service Crunchyroll to produce 11 pieces of unique anime-inspired merchandise. The items will be available this weekend at Starrcast, on the Crunchyroll online store, and at the Crunchyroll Anime FanFest as part of San Diego Comic-Con from Thursday, July 24, to Sunday, July 27.
Mone said in a press release announcing the news:
“This collection represents how I envision myself as an anime hero, and I’m excited for fans to see not only that, but how much anime influences my everyday life… anime has helped me find my inner superpower.”
Mone was a presenter at last year’s Crunchyroll Anime Awards.
Five percent of all purchases will be donated to Step Up, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing mentorship for young women.
