New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani invited to AEW Double or Nothing 2026

Zohran Mamdani AEW Double or Nothing 2026

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani has been invited to AEW’s Double or Nothing 2026 PPV event taking place this weekend.

The show emanates from Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, NY, at 8pm ET / 5pm PT on Sunday, May 24, and AEW commentator Excalibur wants to see the NYC Mayor in the building. Writing on Bluesky, Excalibur asked “Are you free on Sunday, @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social?”

If Mamdani does go to the show, then it wouldn’t be the first AEW event he has appeared at in New York. The NYC Mayor was seen attending AEW Grand Slam 2021, the event which saw Bryan Danielson and Kenny Omega at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Are you free on Sunday, @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social?
