Orange Cassidy title defense booked for AEW Dynamite

Before Revolution, Orange Cassidy is set to defend his International title on AEW Dynamite.

AEW has announced that Cassidy will put his International Championship on the line against Nick Wayne on Dynamite tonight (February 28). The show is taking place from Huntsville, Alabama and is Dynamite’s go-home show for Revolution.

Tony Khan announced the Cassidy vs. Wayne match on social media, writing that Wayne accepted an open challenge that was issued by the champion:

Assuming he retains, Cassidy will defend the International title against Roderick Strong at this Sunday’s Revolution pay-per-view.

Wayne’s mentor Christian Cage has a title defense set for Revolution as well. Christian is defending the TNT Championship against Daniel Garcia.
