Report: AEW’s Abadon suffers injury at indie show

AEW wrestler Abadon was injured while competing at an indie show over the weekend.

PWInsider reports that Abadon was injured while facing Joey Ace at a show for Warriors of Wrestling in Brooklyn, New York on Saturday. While going for a hurricanrana, Abadon landed wrong and was injured. The match was stopped and Abadon was taken to the hospital.

“The word making the rounds is that [Abadon] likely suffered a broken collarbone,” PWInsider wrote. “There is no word how long [they] may be out of action.”

Abadon also appeared at the Big Event NY expo this past weekend. WWE’s Liv Morgan posted a picture with Abadon while at the convention:

Abadon was in action for AEW on last week’s episode of Dark: Elevation, defeating Amy Rose. A match featuring Abadon was also filmed at AEW’s Dark tapings before Rampage on November 4. Abadon defeated Leva Bates in a bout that has yet to air.
