ROH World title match part of updated AEW Dynamite lineup
The ROH World Championship is on the line this coming Wednesday.
During AEW Collision, a segment took place where Sammy Guevara confronted Bandido, challenging him for Wednesday. Guevara promised he’d do something so heinous he’d take out the ROH Champion so he could face MJF and get the AEW Championship match Bandido earned. Bandido responded by asking Guevara why he was so angry and agreed to the Dynamite title match.
Bandido became the first person other than MJF to win the Dynamite Diamond Ring last month, defeating Ricochet to win the ring and the title match. After MJF won the title at Worlds End, the title match was confirmed for AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage on January 14.
At the very end of Collision, a match was also made between Toni Storm and Marina Shafir. After the latter attempted to help Wheeler Yuta in his match against Darby Allin, Toni Storm came out for the save, attacking Shafir.
