Scorpio Sky AEW contract update | Exclusive

Scorpio Sky AEW

Scorpio Sky, one of the original members of the AEW roster when the promotion launched in 2019, has his contract coming up soon.

In the new issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that Sky’s contract is coming due in “a few months.” A specific expiration date was not mentioned, and Meltzer didn’t note if there have been any discussions yet about a new deal.

“Scorpio Sky (Schuyler Andrews, 43) has his contract due in a few months,” Meltzer wrote.

It was stated in 2021 that Sky had signed a five-year contract extension with AEW. A former TNT Champion and Tag Team Champion for AEW, he originally joined the company as part of the tag team SCU with Christopher Daniels. There was an odd period where Sky was absent from AEW programming for two years and did not know if he would ever return, but he came back in 2025 in a new faction named SkyFlight.

SkyFlight includes Sky, Darius Martin, Dante Martin, Zayda Steel, Leila Grey, and their manager Christopher Daniels. Plus, the group seemed to get a new addition on Collision last week with the returning Matt Sydal aligning with them.

Sky has competed in both AEW and ROH and worked a six-man tag match with Top Flight at this week’s ROH TV taping in Jacksonville.
