TBS title match announced for AEW Collision

A title match has been booked for this week’s episode of AEW Collision.

On Collision this Saturday night, Julia Hart will put her TBS Championship up for grabs against Trish Adora. The match was announced by Tony Khan this afternoon. It will be contested under House of Black’s Open House rules.

Hart was involved in the show-closing angle of AEW Big Business this Wednesday. After Willow Nightingale defeated Riho in the main event, Hart and Skye Blue launched an attack on Nightingale. Mercedes Mone, who had made her AEW debut at the start of Big Business, then ran out to save Nightingale from Hart and Blue’s beatdown. Mone left Hart and Blue both laying.

Hart has been TBS Champion since November 2023. During her reign, she’s made successful title defenses against Lady Frost, Emi Sakura, Abadon, Anna Jay, and Robyn Renegade.

Adora is coming off a loss to Mariah May on Collision last week.

Collision is taking place live from Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada this Saturday. Here’s what’s been announced for the episode:
