Strickland vs. Andrade, MJF appearance part of updated AEW Dynamite lineup
The updated lineup for this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite got some new matches added Saturday in addition to an appearance by AEW World Champion MJF.
For the first time ever, former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland will take on Andrade El Idolo who wants his shot at MJF’s title. Strickland is coming off a win over Kevin Knight on this week’s Dynamite while Andrade is undefeated in his return to AEW action.
After being run off by Brody King this past Wednesday, MJF will appear once again.
The new match and segment join three title matches previously announced:
- AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander will defend against Thekla, who will be getting her first shot at the title.
- Mark Briscoe will defend his TNT Championship against El Clon in a match that was previously scheduled for tonight’s now-canceled show in Arlington, Texas.
- FTR will also defend their AEW World Tag Team titles against top contenders Jake Doyle and Mark Davis of the Don Callis Family.
