Death Riders vs. Undisputed Kingdom Trios title match added to AEW Dynamite

A Trios title match has been added to the next episode of Dynamite.
Following a confrontation on Collision, the Undisputed Kingdom will take on champion Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and PAC. After Undisputed Kingdom defeated Shane Taylor Promotions and the team of Daniel Garcia, Daddy Magic, and Cool Hand Ang in the opening match, the Death Riders came to the ring and targeted a prone Adam Cole. The trio were about to attack when Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly made the save. The Death Riders retreated as Cole issued a challenge for the titles.
Later, in a backstage promo, Castagnoli agreed to the title match on behalf of his team.
The champions won the titles back All In in August. However, they have rarely defended the titles since then, even bringing it up in the promo accepting the Undisputed Kingdom’s challenge.
The announced card for the February 12 Dynamite:
- AEW Tag Team Champions The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin w/MVP) defend against The Gunns (Austin & Colten Gunn)
- AEW Trios Champions the Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta) defend against the Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, and Roderick Strong)
- MJF vs. Dustin Rhodes
